Parking at the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC)
There are parking fees associated with Kentucky Exposition Center. Parking pass purchases have changed significantly.
KEC Ticket Office will NOW be selling in/out parking pass upgrades and full event parking passes out of theFreedom Hall Ticket Office starting today. Their hours are 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Attendees will need to bring in their receipt showing the $10 parking fee paid in order to pay the $5 upgrade fee for in/out privileges today. It is an additional $15/day for full in/out privileges.
The Freedom Hall Ticket Office is located in the front of Freedom Hall, next to the Security Office.
All parking pass pre sales are now performed online using this link: www.ticketmaster.com/search?q=skills+usa+parking The site has been tested and the sales appear to be working properly. There will be no Ticketmaster fees associated with the pre-purchase of parking passes, these will be covered by KEC. There are no refunds for parking pass purchases, no exceptions.

For state directors, each state association will receive 2 complimentary parking passes to use the for the week of the conference. These passes must be in the front window on the dash and visible to gate attendants and KEC security. Towing is enforced.
States who will charter busses or motor coaches are to notify Ashley Ridgeway at email@example.com or 703-737-0620. Charter busses will load, unload and park in Lot E, which is coded blue on the attached. Once we receive notice from a state association on the number of busses being used as charters, we’ll send you that amount of blue parking passes to provide to charter driver. These passes are only good for KEC.
